Part B:OTHER ASA GROUP REUNIONS
There are numerous other unit oriented reunions which can be found listed on the NASA (National ASA Association) site at http://nasaa-home.org/Check them out they have a great site.
For those of you on the inter-net Burt Slesinger maintains a list of ASA e-mail addresses which he periodically updates to all listed. His listing also contains a lot of newsy information about ASA activities and personnel. To get on his list send him your e-mail address with your ASA assignments his address is
slesingerburt@spacey.net

The following sites diligently maintain current info on ASA reunions:

The 20-22 August 2010 AZASA Assn Reunion at the Desert Diamond Casino in Tucson planning is well underway.  Besides the opportunity to meet with the old fellers; the Casino is a great adventure and the room rates are special.  We are hoping to see a lot of you.

A new website has been put together just for this reunion, please take a look at www.az-asa.org get registered and make your motel reservations.  For additional information in Tucson contact Robert Lynn (520) 296-8916 belynn0407@aol.com and for other matters Bill Colberg (520) 249-8898 colbergw@cox.net .

We really need your help in keeping the AZ ASA up and running and in planning for future events. If you have any suggestions, critique or otherwise please let us know.  We have a bunch of former ASA folks within the state and a bunch of out-of-staters that have taken an interest in attending the reunions so we have the potential of bigger and better things.  The forums have allowed for a lot of fellowship at a low cost to make the reunion within range of many.

To keep the reunion budget low we rely on the website, email, notices in Veterans magazines and local news releases.  Here again we need your help!  The website and the email address list have suffered but we are working hard at getting back on track.  Please pass this information on to any former member of the ASA, anyone that served on an ASA site or friends and family of former members.  Also, please respond to this email to verify receipt.  A simple punch of the “rely” button will suffice but I would like to hear from you.  A few moments of your time will help us a lot in getting our email notification list and the master roster up to date.
