Mail Order Pitch

We have the following items for sale by mail - Special until they run out. We are discontinuing the sale of shirts, too many variables colors sizes etc. A. Ladies Fleece shirts with partial zip front 3 small-2 mediums. B. Mans Fleece shirt with partial zip front small tan1 large. C. Fleece Sweat shirt navy blue 1 medium. These are $15 ea plus mail $4 first item $1 ea additional. Limited quantities call before ordering. T-shirts with large bear logo, white, no pocket Large and X-large, T shirts gray with pocket, bear logo above, large only. These are $3 ea plus mail $3 first item $1 ea additional.

1. ASA Tags, We are offering a new version of the ASA tag (American Flag on the left, Seal in the center and the ASA patch on the right. They are $10 plus $2 pack and mail.

2. Magnetic tag 4' X 8" with the same logo we had on the license plates we had (ASA Patch, Seal and the Unit Crest). The only thing to remember is take it off when you go through a car wash. They are $6 plus $1.50 pack & mail

3. Caps Screen Printed- $4.50 ea plus packing and mailing $3.00 ea. add $1.00 for ea. additional cap. If ordered with shirts add $1.00 for mailing for each cap.

A. Screen printed with the drunken bear logo and ASA CHITOSE across the top.

B. Screen printed with the bear logo on the map of Hokkaido and ASA CHITOSE across the top.

4. Visor only cap blue bill white front with the bear logo and ASAFS on the right and CHOTOSE on the left $2.50 ea. Mailing & packing is $3.00 add $.50 for ea additional visor

5. Cap Embroidered, a black mesh or solid back cap. It has the ASA patch (Eagle foot with lightning bolts), on the right side is a replica of the US flag and on the left is the dates 1945 to 1976 ( dates ASA was in existence). Across the top is ARMY SECURITY AGENCY and across the bottom a choice of the following ALIVE AND WELL, FOREWARNED IS FOREARMED or STILL LISTENING in gold letters. $11.00 ea. Specify mesh or solid back. Call on availability of Mesh, Solid Back and bottom logo. Packing and mailing same as 3 above.

6. 1” Lapel or hat pins these are reproductions with original colors $2.50. Packing & mailing $.50, no charge if ordered with caps or T-shirts.

B. GHQ Patch - Worn in the early 50’s at Chitose

C. Fuji Patch - Replaced the GHQ patch around 53

D. ASA Patch - Eagles claw with lightning bolts, replaced the Fuji patch in early 60’s

The bear with lightning bolt on the map of Hokkaido, widely used as a logo on our souvenir items was designed by Dudley Wetherby, Chitose 54/56. This logo was adopted by the unit as their unofficial logo as the result of a unit wide contest held. The logo was very prominently displayed at the entrance to Kuma Station.
