km) from National Museum of the United States Air Force.
Satisfy your appetite at the hotel's coffee shop/cafe, or stay in and take advantage of the room service (during limited hours).
A complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily from 6 AM to 10 AM. Free self-parking is available on site. There is also
complimentary airport shuttle service.
Room rates are $119.00 per day with an out-the-door price of $140.00 per night which includes all the taxes. Room rates are
the same whether you opt for a king size or queen size room. There will be a small number of handicapped rooms available.
Check-in will begin on Wednesday, September 17 th , however the hotel is allowing for a two-day early check-in as well a two-
day extended stay for anyone who’s interested at the same reunion rate. Reservations can be made by calling Hotel
Reservations at You must identify yourself as being with the group 2025 ASA Chitose Reunion. Make your reservation early
and you can always cancel if your plans change.
Thursday will include a trip to the Air Force Museum & Carillon Park: They both can be comfortably done in one day, depending on
our pace. If you are looking to explore in-depth, it might be worth considering a two-day tour of the Air Force Museum. Keep in mind
that the museum has over 350 aerospace vehicles in 20 acres of enclosed exhibits in four hangars. However, if you opt for one day, it
sounds like a nice plan to allow some free time for participants to explore on their own afterward. This would be an idea for your
free time on Friday.

Friday will be a free day to explore on your own.
