1. The State of Texas does not allow any alcoholic beverages to be brought into the Common Areas of the hotel,
so no hospitality room, that we are used to. You must consume liquor from their bar. All hotels in Texas must adhere to this rule.
You can purchase your own own alcoholic beverages and keep them in your own room. But you will not be allowed to carry
them anywhere on site. Because the rooms are suites and have a living room area, you can entertain friends in your room. Thus, to
compensate for this, the hotel is going to offer a manager’s reception each night which will include two free drinks per person/per day.
After this you will be on your own tab for alcohol. This rule even includes soda pop. However,
keep reading as
we have come up with some alternate plans to circumvent this problem
2. The rooms are “suites” and consist of a living room, mini kitchen and bedroom. They only have King Sized beds OR two double beds.
There are No Queen sized rooms available. Now for the rates: King-sized rooms are $149.00 per night and after taxes will be $175.69;
out the door. Double-bed rooms are $169.00 per night and after taxes will be $199.00; out the door. Also, if you are interested in
an adjoining room, please mention that at the time you make your reservation
